What to Expect After the Annual Roll to 21-22:
As of July 31, the 21-22 academic year is now a selectable option from the Academic Year dropdown of the CCLP Welcome screen.
- Departments and colleges who elected to roll data will have Sched Dev records for 21-22. If your department chooses not to roll data to the 21-22 academic year, there will not be any records in Sched Dev for 21-22 initially (except for cross-listed courses where your department is an associated department and not the primary department).
- The Sched Dev records for 21-22 created during the annual roll process include primary section information only (i.e. Subject or College, Course Number, and Section Number). Schedule Comments, and Large Lecture Notes (where applicable) are rolled..
- The following information is not included in the annual roll process: instructor(s), meeting day/times, location(s), registrar comments, secondary sections, independent studies classes, and cancelled primary sections.
Review the 21-22 Records Created During the Annual Roll:
Begin reviewing the Sched Dev records for 21-22. The easiest way to get a high-level view of the Sched Dev records for 21-22 is to run the 3 Column Report.
-
To run the 3 Column Report, select Reports from the CCLP menu, then click on the Report named CLP - 3 Column, and click Continue. Print the report.
-
Examine the classes listed for Fall, Winter, and Spring.
- Identify if the initial section number for a course is greater than 01. While sometimes this is intentional, please note that since Cancelled sections are not rolled you may notice that there may be some initial section(s) that begin with the section number 02 instead of 01. In that case you will want to renumber the section number (Contact Corinne if you have questions about this.)
-
On the printed copy of the 3 Column Report, highlight those classes/sections your department or college does not plan to offer during the 21-22 academic year.
Delete the Sched Dev Records for Classes that will not be Offered During 21-22

In the CCLP, make sure you are logged in as 21-22, go to Sched Dev.

-
To delete a course in Sched Dev, click Delete Course, click Delete to confirm you want to delete the course.
