CCLP Announcements

The following are announcements about the Campus CLP. Last updates to this page on January 13, 2022.

Recent Announcements (Updated January 2022)

  • Spring 2022 is the last term that will be scheduled by using the CCLP. Terms from Fall 2022 and later wlll
    be scheduled using the Coursedog system.
  • If you are interested in attending training, please email Corinne.
  • The Spring 2022 Scheduling Calendar dates have been added to the CCLP Welcome screen and to the Keydates web page.
  • The Spring 2021 End of Term Enrollment data was loaded on 9/18/2021.
  • The Winter 2022 Batch Scheduling was sent overnight on 9/7/2021.
  • The Fall 2021 Batch Scheduling was sent overnight on 4/12/2021. The Fall 2021 terms now allows New/Delete One-offs.
  • The Winter 2021 3rd Week Enrollment data was loaded on 3/19/2021 and is visible on the Enrollment tabbed area of Sched Dev for Winter 2021 records.
  • The Fall 2020 End of Term Enrollment data was loaded on 3/11/2021 and is visible on the Enrollment tabbed area of Sched Dev for Fall 2020 records.
  • New options have been added to the Registrar Comments field dropdown (see Batch Preparation Steps for Fall 2021 scheduling).
  • Spring 2021 Batch was Resynced with AIS on 2/17/2021.
  • In order to use the CCLP you will need to have FileMaker Pro version 18 or 19. Versions of FileMaker Pro prior to 18 will not be able to connect to the CCLP. ITS Academic Divisional Computer Support are working on providing CCLP users with FileMaker Pro 18 or 19 and will be contacting you directly. Please do not create a help ticket.
